The Ferry terminal at Naoshima’s harbour is a very well known example of the brilliance that SANAA apply to each project they design.

Spaces alter from open to close , translucent to mirrored, pedestrian to traffic, creating a range of illusions under the same light weight roof structure which despite being supported by light pillars, seems to float above it all defying gravity.
