Another beautiful find was the Max Fordham house by Bere Architects which only opened today.
The owner, Physicist and services enjoy Max Fordham, who worked together with the architect in this project showed his home to us and generously shared the many thoughts behind each detail.
The thinking behind it, it's apparent simplicity and background history have come together beautifully.. A couple of thought I left with... Firstly how very rude some of the open house London visitors are... I would have hoped the volunteers helped manage the crowd which invaded the house without much consideration, spoke over the host , had children playing with the electrical shutters or walked into the bedrooms without a care in the world ... The second one, how lovely it is to hear from a satisfied home owner how they feel about their project. I wish him and his wife many years of enjoyment .they deserve it.
