The areas around Montparnase in Paris are not often part of any list highlighting cool places, however, in the past 2 years, and for practical reasons (the TGV leaves for San Sebastian from Montparnase) we have come to know the area quite well and found many great places such as the @Bistrotters in the Quartier de Plaisance.



Bistrotters is a french seasonal restaurant which is simply lovely. The food is honest and delicious and you can tell the team care.

I particularly liked the "Suquet de lotte et rascasse coques rutabaga tuile de paprika" (this picture)
