Our visit coincided with the opening of and exhibition by #KenjiroOkazaki, an artist i first became aware of at the Hiroshima MoCA where his work was exhibited as part of an exhibition titled "An Inner Landscape Ⅱ―Symbols and Abstractions"

The exhibition at the Toyota museum looks to challenge the perception people have of modern art as monotonous by providing new insight to visitors.

His sculptures use very interesting materials . From glazed tiles, to painted corrugated plastic through ply or clay. (I also noticed that sculptures had very original titles. For example: "Egyptian bricks, parade of camels (dripping in the sky that is my red star)" or "Garrulousness of Aristophanes/ A busy mouth cannot get enough food"

Do look him up
