In Paris, this window @davidb_paris store at 77 Boulevard Raspail, for example caught my eye.
The brass basin has been set in an black matt oil drum and instead of taps, they use brass pipes, which come down from the ceiling and manage the water with a red and a blue wheel gate valve. The mirror is beautiful and works perfectly with the overall idea. (Btw the reflection is the mullion of the window which lined up with the pipe was too perfect not to photograph) * * * * *
