Another thing I spotted during our last visit to Paris is that, it would appear, it is always Happy Hour somewhere.


This is something which caught me by surprise but on a Friday evening when people had to walk home or drive through jammed streets because of the transport strike, one could not but wonder whether there may be a reason after all.
