The best steak & frites we have found in Paris uses Hanger Steak, it is served in a Gorgeous venue full of plenty of locals by a lovely -unpretentious- waiter and waitress , it is cooked by a female chef and forms part of a menu of the day with seasonal ingredients... Where? at @pouletterestaurant
