As a director of #atelierEURA , I often get involved in the refurbishment of a newly purchased apartment and it is a common occurrence that when looking to stablish the design strategy and asking some key questions, we encounter the same issues.
And hence it occurred to me that I could use this platform to share some of the issues that have impacted many of my clients' designs over the years due to not being aware of them at the time of purchase.
