The Value of the Unusual: Jewellery making workshop

Dec 16, 2022 0 comments

Our industry is one of the biggest contributors to waste on the planet and there are many things we can do to help reshape the way we plan our projects in order to reduce the waste they produce, however, we often forget that we make statements also in our everyday lives.

Picking up from the discussions that took place in the NAWIC London and Southeast conference back in 2020 (See videos here) , the team of volunteers I am part of plan to run a series of events that will expand on the idea of Practical Circular Economy with the intention of acquainting ourselves with the (many) opportunities that can be unlocked through considering CE another part of our day to day practice… like many cultures have been doing for centuries.

This event will be the first of the series.
