Cadence is Alison Brooks' mixed-use building within the King’s Cross Masterplan. Located at the north end of the Lewis Cubitt Park, it must have the longest and best views among its neighbours.
I particularly like that it stands out dramatically both because of the choice of material and the arched ground and top floors that were originally inspired by those to be found in the Saint Pancrass building nearby.
I have not yet been inside but each time i walk pass i am impressed by the beautiful ground floor.
On monday, there was a grogeous light over kings cross and i could not resist taking a photo of the building against the clear sky
