Do you have a building in your city where you would love to live? For me there are several and this one is one of them. There is something fantastic about it.
The double high windows, the position within the city (just a few metres from the Tate and inwalking distance of all the London we love) and a cool but unpretentious vibe that has been replaced by gloss and heavy detailing in contemporary developments.
It is funny because the first company I ever worked at (in the UK) were called in by the developer (Manhattan loft corporation) to do some of the high end interiors and the last studio where I worked before setting out our studio, CZWG, designed the building for MLC.
There are others too....btw
