What a night!
Winners and finalists of the Women In Construction & Engineering Awards you are so impressive that regardless of the results, you should make sure that you stop and take in your achievement.
Winners, in particular, you now have the spotlight. Make the most of the visibility that having won will give you in the forthcoming months and use it to have as much impact as you can.
Remember the "dream gap" that Nicky Wright so eloquently spoke about. Remember her call to use your position to create a memorable moment for someone, to build on your impact. You will inspire many more than the many you have already inspired.
And to the finalists, if you feel disappointed, don't be hard on yourself , it is a natural feeling. You care about your work, you are excellent at it and that got you to the final. Someone saw you shine and decided to share what they saw with the Women In Construction & Engineering Awards judges by submiting a nomination. Keep excelling, impacting and shaping (literally) the world.
I cannot wait to see all your careers expand (feel free to drop me a line and tell me about it. I will keep cheering for your success)

To the mini family I talked about in the video (judges, speaker and all time collaborators) You are all wonderful people. I hope to see you all soon as to catch up properly before the WICE 2027... if we cannot, see you then ❣️ 
And last but not least, to the NAWIC London & South East family.... it was great to share the evening with some of you and to volunteer (all the time) with the entire commitee . You are all wonderful (and mischievous 😂 )
